In every historical period people tried to measure, to value the resources of their native land. Is it Possible in reality? How ca we "measure" Ukraine?
Archaeological finds indicate that the first humam sattlements in the territory of modern Ukrina date back over a million years ago. About 1500 BC, the nomadic tribes of the Cimmerians were enjoying their full rights of this land.Later there came the Scythians, the Sarmatians, and finally, the Slavs. Can we "meaure" Ukrainie in thusands of years?
The kyivan Rus was formed in the in the IX-X centuries. Many invaders tried to conquer its lands: the pechenegs, the Cumans, the Tatar and Mongol forces as well as the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, Poland and Austro-Hungarian Empire. Can we "measure" Ukraine in victories and defeats?
